So there are a couple things going on. First is a small discrepancy regarding the pictures of the fork on line and what I got. Pictures showed what looks to be a second damper dial at the bottom of the fork, mine doesn't have that. Factory setup is stiff, I did tell them I had an "aggressive" style but there is no sensitivity on the small stuff. Compression setting don't do anytime as far as I can tell. And to top it off, after one test ride on the trail it have noticed a clicking sound at the top of the stroke. I can recreate by pushing down on the fork hard and fast.
I have owned multiple Duroluxs and Aurons. This 36 EQ hit the sweet spot for me and my riding style. All the other ones have been great for the mixture of riding style I do. Enduro, technical XC with occasional shuttle day of DH thrown in.

I love the price, and quality of the fork. I have tried other prominent brands in mountain bike suspension. This fork was easy to tune and came with volume spacers. I like that the fork is easily serviceable without special tools, and I can add oil to bleeders easily without taking the lowers off.
I put this fork on a new 2024 GT Zaskar full suspension. This fork does it all and does it well! I’ve taken it trail riding through the mountains and hit jumps, drops, free ride, & tech trails at the bike park. It handled every bit of it! Also, I can’t say enough about Aaron from Suntour support! He has been going back and forth with me helping me tune my suspension! Great fork, great company, and great customer service! I will always buy Suntour moving forward!
