XCM32 LO DS 15AH2 BOOST

This review is based on my real experience with this fork, i have been riding almost entire life since i was a kid. I am 49 now. Recently purchased hardtail with this fork, honestly i was never expecting this kind of a worst performance from such a reputed brand. Suspension is making lot of noise and rebound is very slow. Thus it makes riding impossible. I raised a complain with suntour india. They responded well but the procedures seems very complicated despite of clear proof of non-performance they still are thinking how to replace the Suspension although it comes with 2 years warranty. I and still hopefull they will replace the Suspension without making it difficult for me .
