I want to thank Suntour for making these short arm cranksets available at a reasonable price.
They're sold as being for children's bikes, but the short arm length is exactly what's needed for many adult recumbent trikes - I have used 2 of them on trikes I've built, and/or modified, and found that they're excellent for that use.

I was fixing a big-box store 24” bike for one of my granddaughters when I saw the original cheap crank had some bad teeth. The problem was it needed 152mm crank arms. Problem solved by Suntour, who had the right size chainrings and the 152mm crank arms I needed. I am very happy with the outcome.

I haven't installed the crankset yet, but it looks like decent quality.
The important thing is that a crankset with short crank arms is actually made available by Suntour - It will be used on a recumbent trike build.

I purchased a used 24" wheeled mountain bike for my grandson. He's 4'2" tall so at the short end for a 24" but topped out for a 20". The bike came with 170 mm cranks that were way too long. I swapped them out for these in 152mm which made it easier for him to get around on the pedals.
